About the course

This programme is designed to enable you to take your cycling fitness and performance to the next level. With a combination of theoretical modules on topics such as Psychology, Nutrition, and Performance Analysis, you will gain the knowledge and experience necessary to reach your cycling goals. You will learn how to maximise your performance during rides, optimise your nutrition and fuel, and gain a better understanding of your psychological capabilities. You will also get the chance to practice and apply the key concepts you learn in the modules in practical on the bike sessions, enabling you to develop your cycling skills and techniques to reach your full potential.
