How will I learn?
Experience an interactive learning journey through our live online sessions conducted on Microsoft Teams. Engage with your experienced tutor and fellow students during set teaching dates, enabling you to ask questions, expand your knowledge, and acquire new skills—all from the comfort of your home. Each unit includes a comprehensive two-day workshop, accompanied by personalised 1-1 tutorial sessions with your tutor. Prior to the workshops, participate in a course induction session to familiarise yourself with the programme. This is a rolling course, which means that you are able to start on the next available workshop. Units: Unit 501: Principles of Operational Leadership & Management in an Organisational Context Unit 502: Principles of Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success Unit 509: Managing Stakeholder Relationships Unit 513: Managing Projects to Achieve Results Unit 514: Managing Change Unit 515: Creating and Delivering Operational Plans Unit 520: Managing Finance
Entry Requirements
Prior management experience, preferably at the team leader level, and a minimum Level 3 qualification or above in Leadership and Management are recommended. During the enrolment process, you will undergo a short interview to ensure the course aligns with your goals and aspirations. Additionally, you have the option to speak with the course program manager for personalised guidance and support.

Course fees explained
The course fee is usually broken down into three components which are materials (resources required to study the course, for example stationery, books and other equipment), tuition (teaching, classroom etc) and exams. Depending on age, financial circumstances and a number of other factors, you could be asked to pay the full fee or just elements of it. Usually Learners under 19 studying Full-Time courses have just material fees, and if relevant, Academy fees, to pay. Over 19s on Full-Time or Part-Time courses usually have materials, exams and tuition fees to pay.
