Summary
Find your inner strength and confidence when you take part in this course. Gain a Level 1 Award in Managing Transitions whilst focusing on assertiveness and identifying all of your positive attributes. This course will increase your resilience, enable you to learn how to relax and walk into a situation with courage. We have all found that our mental health has been affected recently so this course starts the process of building you back up in a safe and nurturing environment with likeminded people.

You can choose to attend 1 or even all 4 of our new FREE courses. They are designed like a ‘pick n mix’ giving you the chance to choose which one is right for you and what’s even better is that when you complete a course you will receive a £20 supermarket voucher to help with the cost of living crisis we currently find ourselves in. We recognise that many people are struggled post pandemic and finding the confidence to apply for a new job has never been harder. With most of us having spent so much time in isolation, our social and communication skills have also taken a knock so we aim to help you and give you the tools to increase all of these skills and empower you to be the best version of you.

Course fees explained
The course fee is usually broken down into three components which are materials (resources required to study the course, for example stationery, books and other equipment), tuition (teaching, classroom etc) and exams. Depending on age, financial circumstances and a number of other factors, you could be asked to pay the full fee or just elements of it. Usually Learners under 19 studying Full-Time courses have just material fees, and if relevant, Academy fees, to pay. Over 19s on Full-Time or Part-Time courses usually have materials, exams and tuition fees to pay.
