Summary

Unleash your creativity and explore the world of drawing with our engaging and experiential Drawing course. Led by Anurita, this course encourages you to experiment with a variety of materials, tools, surfaces, and techniques to engage your senses and expand your visual language. Through the process of drawing, you will nurture spontaneity, push your ideas, and stimulate your imagination. Gain inspiration from other artists, participate in exercises, and share your work online for support and feedback from the group. This course is suitable for all levels of experience, offering a diverse range of topics including experimental drawing, sketchbooks, gathering resources, self-discovery, and artist references. Anurita's expertise and teaching style, rooted in her background as an artist, will guide you in liberating your artistic expression and challenging the boundaries of drawing.

How will I learn?

Our virtual learning platform brings the classroom experience to your home. Participate in live classes at scheduled times and dates, interacting with other learners and expert lecturers in real-time. Embrace the convenience of online learning while still enjoying the collaborative and supportive environment of a traditional classroom setting.

Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this course. However, as this is an online class you will need access to a computer, the internet, an interest in the subject and enthusiasm to learn.

Additional Information

As this is a virtual course you will have to provide your own materials to each lesson. You will be told ahead of the sessions what supplies you may need for that lesson and given alternatives if you do not have them already available! These courses are employability skills funded which means to be fully funded you have to meet a certain criteria. We are able to offer a co funded tiered system for those who don’t meet the criteria. Fully funded: low income below £23,400, JSA,ESA, UC cap: joint claim £988, sole claim £617 £30: carers allowance, PIP, state pensions, Attendance allowance, Income under 27k, evidence of food bank vouchers, UC cap: joint £1188, sole £817 £35: income 27 – 30k £75: income over 30k
