Please note: if you want to keep your site post-course you will need to get your own hosting or have a plan to do so. Given the comprehensive nature of this course, please aim to attend the 10 weeks.

How will I learn?

From start to finish, you'll be guided through each step of the process, including invaluable tips on capturing stunning photos of your work to enhance your website's visual appeal. With a combination of practical demonstrations and expert guidance, you'll navigate through the process of building your website step by step. Learn the fundamentals of using free software and gain insights into other available options. Discover the secrets of capturing captivating photos to showcase your work in the best light possible.

Entry Requirements

No prior knowledge or experience in website building is required to join this course. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some familiarity with the digital realm, our course is designed to meet you at your skill level. Unleash your creativity and unlock the potential of sharing your work with the world through your own beautifully crafted website. This course is co-funded, which means if you are not eligible for the full funded option, it will cost £75.If you are in receipt of certain benefits the course may be free for you – please look at the MMS information.

Additional Information

These courses are employability skills funded which means to be fully funded you have to meet a certain criteria. We are able to offer a co funded tiered system for those who don’t meet the criteria. Fully funded: low income below £23,400, JSA,ESA, UC cap: joint claim £988, sole claim £617 £50: carers allowance, PIP, state pensions, Attendance allowance, Income under 27k, evidence of food bank vouchers, UC cap: joint £1188, sole £817 £60: income 27 – 30k £75: income over 30k

The course fee is usually broken down into three components which are materials (resources required to study the course, for example stationery, books and other equipment), tuition (teaching, classroom etc) and exams. Usually Learners under 19 studying Full-Time courses have just material fees, and if relevant, Academy fees, to pay. Over 19s on Full-Time or Part-Time courses usually have materials, exams and tuition fees to pay.

All Part-Time courses are available to enrol online via a quick and easy online enrolment form. Simply click the 'Enrol' button above to add your enrolment to the course basket, then click the 'Start application' button within the basket commence your enrolment.
