Bristol School of Art unveils new building

The renowned Bristol School of Art set in Clifton has expanded over the summer and is promising new improved facilities and courses for all from September.

Situated in the right hand side of Royal West of England Academy building, Bristol School of Art will now offer additional studios at number 3-5 Whiteladies Road.

Speaking about the developments, Head of Department, Abi Nicol said: "We are all very excited about the new building on Whiteladies Road and how this will transform our student experience. We now have a new mac studio for digital design, media suite for moving image, a larger library and research centre, new darkroom and photography studio, as well as base rooms for our Degree students.

Bristol School of Art is part of SGS College. Students can choose from seven Foundation Degrees and BA Hons Degrees, UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and a host of part time recreational courses covering art, design and art history.
